TFS 2005 and Microsoft Project

I’m pushing for us to use TFS more and more in our projects. I’ve been looking at using it for managing iterations of projects etc. and how to use either Microsoft Project or Excel to schedule tasks etc. However – aside from manually creating new iterations in TFS (or using the add-in in Excel/ Project), there appears to be a way to implicitly create iterations in Project – apparently you’re supposed to group the tasks for the next iteration underneath a task called "Iteration n+1", set it as "No" to publishling and then save / republish the tasks back to TFS.

However, this doesn’t seem to work for. The republishing bit works fine for the tasks and scenarios themselves, but the new iterations don’t appear – the tasks all appear in the default iteration.

Any ideas?
